<p>1、Check whether the device and module type support hibernation reporting.
2、Check whether the hibernation reporting parameters are valid.
3、Check whether the SIM card can be on line.
4、Check whether the GPS positioning is successful.
5、For equipment with panel, check the hibernation online status displayed after hibernation.</p>
