<h3>I. Summary Description</h3>
<p>Transparent transmission: Regardless of the content to be transmitted and the form of data protocol, the content to be transmitted is just perfectly transmitted to the receiver as a set of binary data, without doing any processing of the data to be transmitted.
The device actively connects to the specified platform (using TCP) when it has networking conditions, and the network connection is maintained between the peripheral and the center during the networking process (sending and receiving heartbeats).</p>
<h3>II. Conditions of use</h3>
<p>1、Peripheral connection is normal.
2、The device network is smooth.
3、The parameters are set correctly.
4、The server is connected successfully;

<h3>III. Cautions</h3>

<li>The settings in serial port management must be consistent with the central protocol in the central settings page; <strong>i.e.</strong> if the serial port management is set to <strong>USR-UT1</strong>, the central protocol in the central settings page must also be set to <strong>USR-UT1</strong>.</li>
