<p><strong>1、Find the ffmpeg directory first.</strong></p>

<p><strong>2、Use the shortcut key windows + R to open the run box, type cmd, pop up the command inputter.</strong>

<p><strong>3、Input command conversion.</strong></p>
<p>**bin\ffmpeg -i 02.jpg -s 720x576 -pix_fmt nv12 ./log.yuv***</p>
<p><strong>bin\ffmpeg：</strong> ffmpeg under bin file
<strong>02.jpg：</strong>The directory and name of the file to be converted
<strong>720x576：</strong>File resolution
<strong>log.yuv：</strong>Converted file and directory</p>

<p><strong>4、Compress with the linux tool lzma (command: . /lzma e . /log.yuv . /log.yuv.lzma), the compressed file cannot be larger than 64k.</strong></p>

<p><strong>5. Rename log.yuv.lzma to "logopic_V21091501.yuv" format file (logopic_V year month day version number.yuv), and put it into sd card or u disk root directory and wait for the device to upgrade automatically. </strong></p>
<p><strong>6. The logo upgrade is very fast, you may not see the upgrade prompt, you can wait for a minute or so after the device recognizes the disk file and then restart the device to verify. </strong></p>
