No Video Problem

Analysis Steps</h3> <p>The following steps can be followed to troubleshoot the causes of the problem one by one: 1, Check whether the video input is normal. 2, Check the video parameters settings. 3, Check the status of the disk. 4, Check if the SD card is in write-protected status. 5, Whether the disk speed measurement is meets the video needs. 6, Scanning the hard disk for the presence of bad blocks.</p> <h3>III. Operating Instruction</h3> <h4>1, Check whether the video input is normal</h4> <ul> <li> <p>Check whether the video input has an image, there is a display device, through the display to view the preview of the channel, whether the image is normal. Part of the equipment without display, connect the preview through the APP to confirm whether there is an image. If there is no image, please check whether the status of the camera is good, whether the camera has been powered, and whether the camera resolution, standard, etc. is consistent with what the device supports.</p> </li> <li>Check whether the device has Flash screen, splash screen and other phenomena. If the problem exists, you need to replace the camera to check whether it is caused by the camera. If the problem also exists without the camera, you need to restore the factory settings, and then observe.
