<p><strong>Monitoring, intercom no sound</strong></p>
<p>1, the corresponding channel enable, audio is not turned on.
2, the channel is not connected with audio camera.</p>

<p><strong>Monitoring, intercom with noise</strong></p>
<p>1, Inconsistency between the platform audio system and the device audio.</p>

<p><strong>Monitoring with sound, intercom without sound</strong></p>
<p>1, intercom channel equipment enable/audio not turned on.
2, no access to the intercom handle.
3, the intercom platform can not hear the sound, first confirm whether the intercom channel is correct, you can use the listening method to confirm the sound from which channel input.
4, if the above conditions are met normal, and is an individual device problem, can be investigated whether the hardware speaker is normal.</p>
