<p>Copy the upgrade program to the disk, insert the disk into the device, and the device powers on, but does not upgrade automatically.</p>
<h3>II. Analysis steps</h3>
<p>Follow the steps below to investigate the causes of the problem one by one:</p>
<p>1、Check the disk inserted into the device, whether the status is normal.
2、Check the multiple disks inserted into the device, whether there is more than one upgrade file.
3、Check the disk inserted into the device, whether the upgrade file really exists.
4、Check the disk inserted into the device, whether the upgrade file prefix is incorrect.
5、Check the disk inserted into the device, whether the version number of the upgrade file is the same as the version number of the device.</p>

<h4>1、Check if the disk status is normal</h4>

<h4>2、Check if there are multiple upgrade files</h4>
<p>Upgrade files such as microcontroller programs, main programs, and extension programs can co-exist, but there cannot be more than one main program, more than one extension program, more than one microcontroller program.</p>

<h4>3、Check if the upgrade file exists on the disk</h4>
<p>Remove the disk, insert it into the computer and check if the upgrade file exists on the disk.</p>
<h4>4、Check that the prefix name of the upgrade file is consistent with the model</h4>
<p>if the device type is T8008, then the prefix of the upgrade file should also be T8008 in order to upgrade.</p>

<h4>5、Check if the upgrade software version number is the same as the current device software version</h4>
<p>Check the version number on the DEVICE STATE page to ensure that the upgrade file on the disk does not match the device.</p>

<h4>6、Check if the number of the upgraded version smaller than the number of the existing version</h4>
<p>Some products have size comparison due to version number, the version with small value can upgrade the version with large value, the version with large value cannot upgrade the version with small value, you need to change the number of upgrade version to a little larger than the existing version to upgrade.</p>
