AI Alarm Events and Attachment Upload Failure Prob

<p>[TOC]</p> <h3>I. Problem Phenomenon</h3> <p>Local triggered AI alarm, no alarm information, attachments (3 pictures and 1 video) were uploaded on the platform.</p> <h3>II. Analysis steps</h3> <p>Follow the steps below to investigate the causes of the problem one by one:</p> <ul> <li>1、Whether the AI function of the device is working properly.</li> <li>2、Whether the device reporting protocol is the JT808 protocol.</li> <li>3、Whether the device is networked or not.</li> <li>4、Whether the disk (SD card/hard disk/TF card) in the device is working properly.</li> <li>5、Whether the platform has specifically set alarm attachments not to be uploaded, which is supported by default.</li> <li>6、Whether the equipment has a poor network signal.</li> <li>7、Whether the equipment has been offline for a long period of time, causing alarm files/messages to be overwritten.</li> </ul> <h3>III. Operating instructions</h3> <h4>1、Check AI working status</h4> <p>You can first refer to the function usage flow guidelines in [AI Function Overview](<a href="http://118.195.179.210:9000/web/#/11/264">http://118.195.179.210:9000/web/#/11/264</a> &quot;AI Function Overview&quot;) to ensure that the AI function can alarm properly first. You can use the demo mode to make sure the function can work properly. If there are more alarms generated during the offline period, the transmission takes longer time.
