<h3>I. Summary Description</h3>
<p><strong>Log Download</strong>: For when the equipment encounters abnormalities and it is not convenient for technical debugging, customers can export logs through local export, Bodycamera6 export, text down command export, etc. and provide them to the technology to facilitate troubleshooting.</p>

<h3>II. Conditions of use</h3>
<p>1, The device requires at least one functioning SD card, the status of which can be confirmed locally via <strong>Device State-Disk</strong> and remotely via <strong>Bodycamera6-right click the device number-Vehicle Info</strong> to view the disk status.
2, Local export requires the preparation of another U-disk, log query export all.
3, the device does not support U-disk and not networked state can be pulled out of the storage disk, select debug file.
4, the device is not convenient to pull out the card device has a network and FTP server situation, you can download the log through the Bodycamera6 under the text command.
5, the device is not convenient to unplug the device has a network, you can download the log through the Bodycamera6.</p>
<h3>III. Cautions</h3>
<p>1、Remote download logs need to ensure that the device network signal is good, if not confirmed, you can preview the channel, text downlink in the Bodycamera6 to see if the pull is normal.
2, text command to send logs need to ensure that the device and FTP server can be properly accessed.</p>

<li>2.1 FTP on the cloud server, the device should be online using SIM card dial-up.</li>
<li>2.2 FTP server placed on the computer side and the device can be brought online using wired, WIFI in the LAN.</li>

<h5>1.1 U-disk export</h5>
<p>Insert a recognizable USB flash drive and it is recognized properly (<strong>see in Device State-Disk</strong>).</p>

<p>Device menu select <strong>search-log-search-export</strong> to export the logs, the exported file is in the root directory of the U-disk, the name is <em>log_device_debug_export_date.tar.gz</em>;</p>

<h5>1.2 Disk Copy</h5>
<p>Unplug the device's disk, insert it into the computer to identify it, find the debug directory under the root directory and copy it locally (it is recommended to rename it to include the device number and disk information for later viewing).</p>

<h4>2, CMSV6 log download</h4>
<h5>2.1 Login Bodycamera</h5>
<p>Click Record, select the terminal device number for which you want to download logs, and select the date of the query. File type select <strong>Vehicle device (Log)</strong>, and then click Search. On the right file you can see the searched log information, select it and right-click to select download (channel ignored, platform display issues, device logs are not divided into channels).</p>

<h5>2.2 Download completed</h5>
<p>Select the logs and right-click the open folder in the list to get the log files in the corresponding local directory, or right-click the directory to select the open file.</p>

<p>Login to the Bodycamera6, select the device number to download logs, right-click the list and click Text information, fill in the log download command:

<h4>4, JT808 log download</h4>

<p>the type needs to select video or audio-video, the task execution network select the network corresponding to the device, click save and wait for uploading to the ftp server of TTX.</p>
