<p>1、登录http://b.mywms.mfyc9.com/ ，左侧导航栏找到：用户管理-客户列表-创建用户

<p>2、创建用户：星号必填，点击“创建前台网站用户”

<p>3、给客户的账户资料：

用户名：test@julang.com
密码：123456
4、</strong>配置运费****在创建好的新用户最右侧找到”更多操作“，点击找到"启用此用户"并点击启用

5、左侧导航栏找到：运费设置-运费方案-添加运费方案-自定义运费方案名称、运费方案code-保存

6、添加运费方案后：点击新建的”方案名称“进入-1选择渠道-2下载对应渠道模板-3上传渠道模板-4导入模板

7、左侧导航栏找到：运费设置-附加费方案-添加附加费方案-自定义附加费方案名称、附加费方案code-保存

8、添加附加费方案后：点击新建的”方案名称“进入-1新增渠道设置-2选择渠道-3是否启用附加费-4添加附加费收费用设置起止时间-5下面空白栏都填”1“-保存

9、左侧导航栏找到：运费设置-体积重方案-1 添加体积重方案-2自定义体积重方案名称、体积重方案code-保存

10、添加体积重方案后：点击新建的”方案名称“进入-1新增渠道设置-2选择渠道-3选择体积重规则-保存

11、左侧导航栏找到：运费设置-燃油费附加费方案-添加燃油费方案-自定义燃油费方案、燃油费方案code-保存

12、添加燃油费方案后：点击新建的方案名称：all"进入-1点击新增渠道上设置-2添加燃油率-3勾选燃油附加类型-4选择渠道-保存

13、左侧导航栏找到：运费设置-其他基础设置方案-新增渠道设置-自定义其他基础设置方案名称、其他基础设置方案code-保存

14、添加渠道设置后：点击方案名称：all”进入-选择渠道等-保存

15、左侧导航栏找到：系统管理-用户等级设置-新建用户等级-设置中英文用户等级-线上-美元/人民币-保存

16、左侧导航栏找到：运费设置-总运费方案-添加总运费-选择仓库-选择会员-选择5、6、7、8、9-保存

17、仓储费用设置 左侧导航栏找到：仓储费用设置-客户计费方案-新增自定义方案-选择计费方案名称-自定义方案名称-填写体积重系数-保存

18、左侧导航栏找到：仓储费用设置-开启计费项目-新增收费服务名称点击进入（收费服务名称系统已经有的请不要轻易改动和添加）

19、左侧导航栏找到：仓储费用设置-计费项目扣费设置-新增收服务扣费设置点击进入（收费服务类型需要分别配置入库、出库、仓储、货运）-1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8

20、左侧导航栏找到：仓库费用设置-分配客户计费方案-新增仓库客户等级计费方案设置-3、4、5-保存
