<h3>Why can't I receive push notifications?</h3>
<p>If you are unable to receive push notifications during use, you can refer to the following steps to confirm:</p>

<p>Check “News”-“settings”-“Notification” and confirm that the notification switch is turned on;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>For the iPhone system, go to “Settings”-“Notifications”-select JUOVI, and confirm that the notification switch is turned on;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>For Android phones, you can go to the system settings or phone manager to check whether the notification permission corresponding to JUOVI is enabled;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Enter “Settings”—“Motion Detection”, confirm that the device’s motion detection switch is turned on, and adjust its motion sensitivity to the highest or highest leval, or shake in front of the device lens, and observe for a period of time ;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Try to kill the application process, then restart the application, and then observe whether you can receive the push notification;</p>
</li>
<li>If you still cannot receive the push notification after confirming the above operations, you can collect the camera serial number and provide it to the APP or hardware after-sales customer service staff for feedback.</li>
